Terms of use

Scope

These terms govern access to Horodata, sold by PREGJA GROUP. The service covers clocking, hour review, export for the social secretariat and the inspection file.

Horodata does not calculate pay and does not provide a native connector to social-secretariat software.

Account

Signup is for a company. The account holder confirms they can bind their organisation and invites employees to clock. Credentials stay personal.

Trial and subscription

Signup opens a trial. Afterwards a monthly subscription is required to continue. There is no permanent free plan. The employee cap depends on the plan.

Price and payment

Displayed prices exclude VAT. Belgian VAT is added when due. Subscription payment goes through Stripe. The subscription renews each month until cancelled.

Data

The customer company is controller of its employees’ data. PREGJA GROUP is processor for delivery of the service. The privacy notice sets out categories, retention and rights.

Availability

The service is provided with reasonable care. Maintenance or an event outside our control may interrupt it. The audit journal does not, by itself, make the employer legally compliant.

End of contract

The customer may stop the subscription at the end of the current period by writing to hello@horodata.eu. Hour export stays available during the paid period. PREGJA GROUP may suspend an account for abuse or non-payment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Competent Belgian courts hear disputes.
